Welcome to FORE. By creating an account or using FORE (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use FORE.

2. Content you post

You own the photos, scores, reviews and other content you post. By posting, you grant FORE a non-exclusive license to display that content within the Service. You agree not to post content that is illegal, abusive, infringing, or misleading, and not to impersonate others.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no spamming, scraping, attempting to break security, or interfering with other golfers’ use of FORE. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Course information

Course details (locations, public/private status, contact info) are provided for general information and may not always be current. Always confirm tee times, access and pricing directly with the course.

5. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FORE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “last updated” date above, and significant changes will be communicated in the app.
